In Kiev during an attempt to crank out another Scam detained the Directors of two construction companies, which at the time organized financial pyramid real estate “Elite-center”.

“Director of LLC “Elita-center”, acting in collusion with the head of LLC “Construction and investment company “PSP” LTD, demanded 50 thousand dollars from the owner of the apartment in “Elite-center” for the termination of a property dispute on the recognition of property rights to housing. Criminals for the reward offered their help in resolving the issue about the undiscovered against the landlord in civil cases and the review of existing claims concerning the ownership of the accommodation which they themselves have implemented several buyers”, – told in Prosecutor’s office.

As noted, swindlers detained on Thursday, February 15, Director of “Elita-center” at the place of residence, and his accomplice – under the building Obolon district court of the capital, where he handed the money.

Now both malefactors it is reported about suspicion in bribery of the officials, is preparing a petition for election measures of restraint in form of detention. Investigations are continuing.

Recall, 10 years ago in Ukraine became public the construction Scam “Elita-center”. Almost 2 thousand people have invested in the future of housing that was never built. Non-existent apartments were sold two or three times. According to investigators, the scammers have tricked people into giving him 400 million hryvnia. The main figurant of criminal case Alexander Shakhov disappeared from house arrest.
