In the area of ATO in the Donbas on Monday, April 23, the militants 44 times fired at positions Armed forces of Ukraine.
“As a result of the execution of combat missions, four Ukrainian soldiers were injured. Another one of our defender received a combat injury. Injured servicemen were taken to medical institutions and provided them all necessary medical care”, – stated in the summary of the press center of staff ATO.
On Lugansk the direction from the forbidden 120-mm and 82-mm mortars and grenade launchers occupants opened fire on the Ukrainian fortifications near Trinity. Also, mortars caliber 82 mm, the militants used near Popasnaya and three times in the area of Novoaleksandrovka. In addition, under fire from rocket-propelled grenades and heavy machine guns were the defenders of Novozvanovka, and from anti-aircraft and small arms – Novoselovka.
On Donetsk the direction with 120-mm mortars, the militants shelled Ukrainian positions near the Water, and 82-mm mortars – near the mine Butovka. Also from grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms, the militants opened fire on the defenders Verhnetoretskogo, Water, Gotovogo, Kamenka Town, the mine Butovka and Talakovki. Also from heavy machine guns fired Ukrainian strongholds in Pavlopol, Lebedinsky and Marinka, with small arms – under Nevel, Pavlopol, Lebedinsky and Pishevik, and near Krasnogorovka and Marinka – sniper fire was conducted.
