In case are the former head of “Nadra of Ukraine”, a private lawyer and Director of the company “Tantalite”.
The investigators of the General Prosecutor’s office completed pre-trial investigation and sent to court the case against former residence “mezhigorye” of ex-President Viktor Yanukovych.
The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko said that in the case where the former Chairman of the Board NAK “Nadra of Ukraine” Eduard Stavytskyi, private notary of Kyiv city notary district, the Director of Tantalit.
“They are accused of misappropriation by prior agreement by a group of individuals (in collusion with Yanukovych V. F., materials for the suspicion which is allocated in separate manufacture) of the public facilities of the recreational complex “Pushcha-Vodytsia” tracts “Mezhyhiria” worth 540 million UAH, and in the legalization of property obtained by criminal means”.
Earlier the head of the protection of “mezhigorya” told about the seizure of the residence of Yanukovych.
