The formula of exchange has still not been agreed.
A letter to Vladimir Ruban, a request to transmit it to the fighters was written by hand and addressed to the representative of the so-called ORDO in Minsk.
This was announced by the representative of Ukraine in the Tripartite contact group, the first Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Iryna Gerashchenko.
“More than a month ago, in early April, the Minsk centre technical support we have received so-called appeal from the so-called representatives of the ORDO with the requirement to include in the list (exchange) Ruban. They referred to his letter addressed to the representative of the so-called ORDO in Minsk. How this letter got to the representatives of the ORDO, I don’t know probably through relatives or lawyers”, – said Gerashchenko.
Obviously, we are talking about the so-called “Ombudsman” ORDO Daria Morozova.
A handwritten letter contains the date and signature of Ruban.
Gerashchenko said that the militants, citing his conversion, was required to include Ruban in the list on the exchange.

She also said that at present the militants confirmed only 20 people and only 8 of the military. At the same time, they need to give more than 100 people with ORDO and ORLO, half of which are irrelevant to the conflict in the Donbass.
“Also there in the list – Russians, which we are ready to transfer, but only Russia to release our prisoners. This option, therefore we also can not accept, because of all the positions”, – said Gerashchenko.
At the same time, according to her, the Ukrainian side only for these six months made five or six proposals to secure the release of hostages.
“We proposed to pass 23 of the Russians in this list – Ageev. We have also offered to provide those who have to the war in the Donbass and already convicted who can pardon, to pick up our confirmed: both military and journalist Stanislav Aseev (Vasin). There were others. All our proposals were rejected”, – said Gerashchenko.
We will remind, the introduction of Ruban to list on the exchange complicates the talks over releasing Ukrainian hostages.
