The Kiev authorities promise to consider the documents, if he did.
Representatives of the company IKEA was not appealed to the Kiev authorities concerning the allocation of land for the construction of the first in Ukraine hypermarket.
This is stated in the reply Management information provision and access to public information of the KSCA at the request of TSN.ia.
“Within the competence of the reported that the land for IKEA in Kiev, according to data from the urban cadastre is not considered”, – the document says.
According to article 4 of the Order, the stakeholders appeal to the Kyiv city Council through the reception of the city Council on land issues with the petition for granting of permission to develop land management project on land allocation, technical documents on land management on the division and unification of land plots.

Also in response to the request stating that the application for land use or property identifies the intended purpose of the site, approximate size and location of the land. To the application shall be accompanied by documents graphic materials indicating the desired location and size of land in scale not less than 1:2000; notarized written consent of the landholder on the withdrawal of the site; copies of preautomobile of documents for real estate objects on the site; copies of materials of technical inventory of immovable property, if any; copies of documents certifying the right to use; copies of constituent documents, an extract from the unified state register of legal entities and copy of the registration number of the registration card; a power of attorney or a copy of it.
“In the case of receipt of the application materials, the composition of which meets the requirements of applicable law, the Department of land resources, the Executive body of Kyiv city Council (KSCA) will ensure timely processing in the prescribed manner”, – said in response.
Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine Ivanna klympush-Tsintsadze said that IKEA will appear on the Ukrainian market before the end of the year.
