The fire was conducted on the UAV, however the aircraft returned to base unharmed.
The unmanned aerial vehicle of SMM OSCE under the Donetsk fired from anti-aircraft missile complex with uncontrolled Ukrainian government territory.
This is stated in the operative report of SMM of the OSCE.
According to the report, 15 June at 05:06 unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of the SMM range that flew over the settlement of Batmanova (former Red Partisan, non-government), first recorded contrails from missiles, ballistic trajectory which was held substantially below the height at which the UAV flew.
“Immediately after this UAV has detected anti-aircraft missile system (ADMS; 9K33 “OSA”), taken in violation of the withdrawal lines at a distance of about 2 km on Northwest from the settlement Panteleymonovka (not controlled by the government, 26 km North-East of Donetsk) and about 4 km on northeast from the flight of the UAV. At the same time was recorded as from SAM in the direction of the drone was released a second missile, ballistic trajectory which is also passed substantially below the height at which flew the UAV”, – informed in the SMM.
After about three minutes the drone has been fixed, probably, anti-aircraft guns (ZU-23, 23 mm) placed close to the SAM, which was also fired several shots in the direction of the UAV.
