The second stage of selection for the post of Director of the State Bureau of investigation and two of his deputies. A week ago, the candidates demonstrated knowledge of the legislation, now logic, mathematical and abstract thinking. Before today’s exams were 49 applicants. Then there will be an interview and a polygraph test.
The state Bureau of investigation is actually the last link in the formation of anti-corruption system in Ukraine. This is stated in the plot of TSN.19:30.
The state Bureau of investigation could occur in 2012. Then it was prescribed in the Criminal procedure code. And the international community insisted. But selection of applicants is only now beginning. The RRT will take over the investigative functions now performed by the Prosecutor’s office and part of the SBU. It is primarily the investigation of crimes of law enforcement bodies – police, prosecution and judges.
For the position of Director of the Bureau and two Deputy expect experienced lawyers, prosecutors, high grades and even professors of law schools.
Test behind closed doors. Lawyers should solve problems in logic and reasoning. Pass it, then – an interview, a lie detector and evaluation of leadership skills. All those involved in corruption to weed out before the tests, says the head of the selection Committee Roman maydanyk.
