Because of the early berry farmers don’t have time to sell the apples of the previous harvest.

Apples of the new harvest in the markets and shops of Ukraine. They went on sale two weeks earlier than last year.

In wholesale markets the fruit is sold at 8-10 hryvnia per kilogram. This is stated in the plot program “snidanok z “1+1”.

Farmers had to sell apples harvest last year. Per kilogram last year asking an average of 7 hryvnia. To sell all stocks of apples prevented the berries – first strawberries and cherries went on sale in April.

We will remind, Ukraine has increased its efforts to sell apples on the European market and to compete with Poland.
