“Next will be the artists’ Alley at the monument to Vladimir, and in the spring of next year, to the Day of Kiev, we plan to run the bridge, which was scheduled from tsarist times, which will connect the tourist area of the Arch of friendship of peoples and Vladimir hill. It will be a place of worship. We can make Kiev even more attractive”, – informed the mayor of the capital.
The mayor added that to equip the stairs with ramps was not possible due to high angle of inclination.

Recall that the staircase to the Landscape alley was opened on July 17. However, Facebook did not share the joy of officials and noticed that on the stairs there are no ramps, and therefore it is impossible to move people with disabilities and parents with prams. The townspeople also noticed that the design was done improperly during the reconstruction supposedly saved on building materials.
