Since the beginning of the season (April 9) the injection of gas into underground storage Ukraine increased at 80,66% of its reserves with 7,435 billion cubic meters to 13,432 billion cubic meters. That is, for the last four months pumped 5,997 billion cubic meters.

This is illustrated by the operator of the gas transportation system of Ukraine state company “Ukrtransgaz”, reports UNIAN.

Last year at this period, gas in storage was 2.25% more – 13,742 billion cubic meters.

From 1 to 11 August, Ukraine imported 438,1 million cubic meters of gas (237,9 million cubic meters through Slovakia, 176,4 million cu m via Hungary, 23.8 million cubic meters through Poland). Domestic production during this period amounted to 627,3 million cubic meters and transit – 2,719 billion cubic meters.

As of August 11, Ukrainian gas storage facilities were filled by 43.4%.

Recall that in 2018 Ukraine entered the a record for the last five years, gas reserves of 14.7 billion cubic meters.
