But the Supreme court decided that the appeal against such decisions of the MPC are subject to the High Council of justice. “NABOO as the Complainant in the MPC, has no right to appeal the decision of the MPC on the results of consideration of such appeals”, – decided in court.

A few days earlier, Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko has signed the order about to give a reprimand to the head of the Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors Nazar Golodnitsky. We will remind, on July 26, the qualification and disciplinary Commission of prosecutors has left the post of Golodnitsky, but attracted him to disciplinary action and imposed the penalty of a reprimand. The reason for the consideration of the case were complaints of the anti-corruption Prosecutor on behalf of the Director of NABU Artem Sytnik and Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko. In their complaints, they refer to the entries made in the office of Golodnitsky, in which the head of SAP illegally advised how to behave at interrogations of defendants in criminal proceedings in the NAB, informing them about the investigation and gave illegal instructions to the prosecutors violated ethics rules in dealing with subordinates.
