NAPC has announced last date of submission of e-declarations

It is 30 October 2016.
Because lately in the media there is information on the different filing dates, e-Declaration, the National Agency for prevention of corruption has reported that the last day for the submission of electronic declarations for 2015 for the subjects of declaring, who is responsible and very responsible position, is 30 October 2016.
With these words begins a statement posted on the NAPC website.

It is noted that according to the Law of Ukraine “On prevention of corruption” in 2016, officials who on the first day of operation of the system of filing and publication of declarations of persons authorized to perform state functions or local self-government in charge and very responsible position are required to submit an annual Declaration for the previous year within 60 calendar days after the start of operation of the system.

The official beginning of work of system of electronic Declaration is September 1, 2016, the NAPC.
Thus, for the subjects of declaring, who is responsible and very responsible position, the last date of submission of the Declaration for 2015 persons authorized to perform state functions or local self-government, is 30 October 2016.

We will remind, the head of the National Agency for prevention of corruption Natalia Korchak on 1 October noted that the system of electronic declaring of incomes of officials is not perfect and needs improvement.
According to the official, certain problems arise in filling out the Declaration. Korczak personally tested the program and encountered difficulties during the selection of the list of posts.
