President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on the phone spoke with Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel on speeding up the delivery of a visa-free regime for Ukraine and the situation in the Donbass.

The interlocutors discussed the situation in the Donbass. Petro Poroshenko informed Merkel about increasing the number of attacks by Russian fighters, especially at night. He also noted the importance of placing permanent points of observation of the OSCE in the areas of breeding troops.
The President of Ukraine and Chancellor of Germany discussed the acceleration of granting Ukrainians visa-free regime and ratification of the Association agreement.
The two sides agreed to a three-way telephone conference between the leaders of Ukraine, Germany and France soon.

We will remind, the approval of visa-free regime Ukraine-EU are not included in the agenda of the session of the European Parliament, to be held in Strasbourg from 24 to 27 October.
