“Again, the limited access of the OSCE SMM to areas breeding Pervomaisk/gold, Village Lugansk, Petrovskoye/bohdanivka – Mat, “LNR”, “DNR” are unable to guarantee the security of SMM”, – stated in the message on the social network.
Observers added that security was not guaranteed possible mines in these areas.
“The SMM is ready/can to watch, but she needs access. SCCC should contribute to ensuring safe and unimpeded access, to coordinate mine action,” – said the OSCE.

We will remind that earlier observers of the special monitoring mission of the OSCE came under fire in the area of the observation point of the Golden region.
In total, according to observers, was made 60 explosions from guns (82mm and 120mm caliber), and sporadic gunfire from automatic grenade launcher (AGS-17 30 mm) and heavy machine guns within a half hour.
