KAN Development won the international award in the field of real estate the International Property Awards
First place in the categories of the competition receive only those companies and projects that showed a high degree of professionalism and competence in their field.
Development company KAN Development has become Ukraine’s only four-time winner of the prestigious international award in real estate European Property Awards. The ceremony of awarding took place on 27 November in London, at the hotel Marriott Grosvenor Square.
Won four of the project KAN Developmtent presented in different nominations, namely:
– BC IQ Business Center in the category of Office development;
LCD Tetris Hall in the category Residential high-rise development;
– Residential complex Comfort Town in the category Residential development;
– SEC Ocean Plaza in the category of Retail development.
Projects of KAN Development was mentioned as one of the most innovative, exceptional and ambitious buildings in Europe, representing Ukraine at the international competition in the UK.
Evaluation of projects was conducted with the participation of a group of 70 renowned experts in real estate, design, construction, journalists and market commentators, who evaluated the projects on a number of parameters: quality of design and construction, architectural solutions, interior design.

As part of the award and several nominations: “Architecture”, “Interior”, “development” and “Company real estate”, which, in turn, are also divided into a number of subcategories.
