“Our position is clear: you must first have the security to hold elections. How else to hold elections if there is no security guarantees. As we can see, agreement on the ceasefire, which was supposed to act the last two years, are not met. The last agreement on the regime of silence is also violated. It is therefore important that the security was stable,” – said the diplomat.
