The decree comes into force from the day following the day of its official publication.
The national Bank has updated the procedure for the imposition of sanctions , national security and defense Council of Ukraine from September 16, 2016.
This is stated in the relevant resolution of the regulator, writes “Economic truth”.
The resolution is designed to extend the banks of Ukraine, non-banking institutions, national postal operator, the implementation mechanism of application of sanctions to persons determined by the decisions of the national security Council, put into effect by the relevant decrees of the President.
The solution provides the possibility of capitalization of subsidiary banks, incorporated under the laws of Ukraine, pasanski banks, to prevent their withdrawal from the market of Ukrainian banks, which in turn may result in an additional burden on the Fund for guaranteeing deposits of physical persons and the budget of Ukraine.
The resolution was developed with the purpose of prohibiting Ukrainian banks to transfer funds to the accounts pasankalla individuals and to private Bank accounts of Ukrainian banks that are open in pasankalla persons, in addition to operations aimed at the capitalization of subsidiary banks, incorporated under the laws of Ukraine.
The decree comes into force from the day following the day of its official publication.
Recall that October 31 was the enactment of the new advanced anti-Russian sanctions, the decree on the introduction of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed a fortnight ago, on 17 October.
