Ukraine is already preparing a lawsuit.
Ukraine is preparing a lawsuit in international court against Russia for the extraction of mineral resources in the territorial waters of the Ukrainian state.
This was announced by Deputy Minister of Ukraine on the temporarily occupied territories and IDPs George Tooke, Interfax reported.
“The recent case of the Ukrainian border guard boat, which was attacked by Russian aircraft – we initiated the campaign to get the facts. Namely, to prove the fact of illegal, gang mining in the territorial waters of Ukraine. After receiving this evidence, the justice Ministry and the foreign Ministry are preparing a lawsuit against Russia,” said Tuck.
He did not specify the exact amount of the claim, but, according to him, it is about the amount of nine zeros.
Tuck also added that in the Crimea was a lot of public art objects and artifacts.
“Unfortunately, there is information that our cultural heritage migrates into the territory of Russia”, – he said.
