Residents sued for the value of their apartments.
Over a construction scandal duration of 20 years – since 1995, former employees of the Kyiv pharmaceutical factory “Darnitsa” fight for your square footage, for which he paid twice, says TSN.19:30.
But the owners of “Darnitsa” has decided that this is not enough, and he numbered people hundreds of thousands of hryvnia debt, tell the tenants. And finally, after almost 20 years of court battles, the Supreme court of Ukraine decided that the residents of the house on Novodarnitskaya, 6 paid the full cost of apartments. However, to stop their struggle against the owners of FarmFirma “Darnitsa” they are not going. Representatives of the losing side of the court, from the review of TSN abstained.
“Happy with the result because since 1995 to fight for their rights. Believe me it is not very easy. Further investigation of the criminal case against the fraud of Mr Zagoria. We will go to the end,” say the residents.
As previously told the tenants, immediately after the settlement it became clear – the Director of “Darnitsa” Vladimir zagori illegally privatized building. So he forced the apartment owners to enter into with the company the contract of purchase and sale and for the second time to buy his own apartment, but at the market price.
