It requires to recognize illegal and to cancel the decision of the Verkhovna Rada.
The Lviv district administrative court was the claim, indicating the attempt of the judge-“chanter” Igor Zvarych to be reinstated.
The claim must be considered on November 21.
The plaintiff demands to recognize illegal and to cancel the decision of the Verkhovna Rada, and to compensate moral damage.

We will remind, in December 2008 , the PGO opened a criminal case against the ex-Chairman of the Lviv appellate court Ihor Zvarych for bribery. During searches in offices and apartments of a judge and his six colleagues, law enforcement officers found and seized $ 1 million and UAH 2 million. In September 2011, the court sentenced former judge to 10 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to occupy the position of judge for a period of 3 years with confiscation of property. December 23, 2015 the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed the so-called “Savchenko’s law”, according to which the courts must consider a convicted every day spent in jail as punishment. Zvarych held in jail for more than three years, and the total duration of his detention amounted to 7 years.
