McCain recalled that Putin said he wants to improve relations with the United States.
“We have to trust these applications in the same way as any other, that made a former KGB agent, who plunged their country into a tyranny, killed political opponents, attacked a neighboring country, and threatened to America’s allies and tried to undermine U.S. elections”, – he said.
