In the ATO zone will create three civil-military administration for the safety of residents

The President signed the corresponding decree.
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed a decree by which the town of Golden, village Katerynivka Popasnyansky region of the Luhansk region and the village of Zaitseve Bachatskogo district, Donetsk region will create a military-civil administration (ACV).
This was reported on the website of the President of the country.

The newly formed ACV will ensure the security of citizens, the rule of law, will counteract the manifestations of subversive and terrorist acts, will help to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe.
Note, the document takes effect from the date of its publication.
