In NACP accused the justice Department of blocking the verification e-declarations

The Department assured that they are interested as soon as possible to work out the comments of the Ministry.
Deputy Chairman of the National Agency for prevention of corruption Ruslan Radetsky declared that the Ministry of justice has blocked the work on verification of electronic declarations of Ukrainian officials.
About Radetzky wrote on his page in Facebook.
He noted that NACP has still not received comments from the Ministry of justice regarding the procedure of verification of declarations. Also Radetzky denied that no one from the Ministry was not involved in the development of projects of these documents.

According to him, the Director of the Department of justice was present at a public discussion of the verification of declarations which took place on 3 November. Deputy Chairman of the NACP said that he hoped to hear comments on the document during the meeting, not two weeks after sending the draft to the Ministry of justice for state registration.
“It is unlikely that such position of the Ministry can be called constructive, especially given the importance of the documents in question, and public expectations from NACP in terms of validation of e-returns. Unfortunately, we have to state that the Ministry of justice has effectively blocked the work of the NACP for the verification of declarations,” wrote Radetzky.

In NACP assured that are interested as soon as possible to work out the comments of the Ministry of justice to discuss them with representatives of the public, the expert community and to make relevant decisions at the meeting of the NACP.
We will remind, the Ministry of justice returned the National Agency for prevention of corruption on dorabotkihave approved this on the “Procedure of conducting monitoring and verification of the Declaration of the person authorized to perform state functions or local self-government and the exercise of monitoring the life of a person authorized to perform state functions or local self-government.” The reason for this decision were numerous comments to the adopted anti-corruption body of the documents.

The representative of NABOO declared on registration in the unified register of pre-trial investigations three criminal proceedings, they concerned MPs and one representative of the judiciary. However no names, no names in the NAB is not called, and the deputies themselves while freely roam the Verkhovna Rada, and may not even know that someone has written on them to the authorities.
