Earlier Fedoruk was removed from office for two months.
The Kyiv court of appeals reversed the dismissal of the mayor of Kiev region Bucha Anatoly Fedoruk.
This is reported by “Ukrainian news”.
The court satisfied the appeal of protection and has cancelled the decision of Kiev Pechersk district court to dismiss Fedoruk from office for 2 months.
