Nasalik for revision of results of competition for the posts of state secretaries of ministries.
The Minister of energy and coal industry Igor Nasalik shares the view of the Minister of health Ulyana Suprun and infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan on the need to improve competition for positions of state secretaries of ministries and revision of its results.
This is stated in the message of the Ministry on Facebook.
According to Kasalica, he supported the position of colleagues who have declared that refuse to work with the selected by results of competition the Secretary of state.
“Today, the issue of the contest and, in fact, the selection procedure of candidates to the Secretary of state is constantly discussed at Cabinet level. And I know there are a lot of comments about how is the selection process – as the representatives of the ministries and relevant public organizations. Therefore, I support the members of the Government, and calling for solution of problematic issues and improve the selection procedure for the posts of state secretaries of ministries,” said Nasalik.
According to Nasasira law enforcement officers should carry out a special inspection of all candidates.

We will remind, the Minister of health of Ukraine Ulyana Suprun and the head of Infrastructure Vladimir Omelian opposed the appointment of proposed candidates for the posts of state secretaries. During the briefing, the head of the Ministry of health stressed that candidates do not fully meet the requirements. She stressed that the government should change the system of competitive selection of the state secretaries.

The Secretary of state appeared in Ukraine in the framework of public service reform. Secretaries of state will work in each Ministry. They must lead the Ministry staff and to develop mechanisms for implementing the initiatives of the Minister. The competition for the position of state secretaries of eight ministries were announced by the Cabinet on 11 October 2016.
The contest Commission for senior civil service has already selected the secretaries of state for the Ministry of infrastructure (Andrei Galushka), the Ministry of economic development (Alexei IU), the Ministry of culture (Rostislav Karandaev), the Ministry of information policy Artem Bidenko), MIA (Alexei Tahta), the Ministry of energy and coal industry (Maxim Nemchinov).
