Earlier, leaders of the six countries “Big seven” issued a joint statement on the situation in Aleppo, condemning the actions of the Syrian government army and its allies. They called for an immediate ceasefire to allow the United Nations to provide humanitarian assistance to blocked people in the Eastern part of the city.
