In the Dnipropetrovsk region on one of the PEC during the election in a United local community lost the light, so the counting is happening with the lights.
This is stated on the website SUPPORT.
During the counting of votes at polling station No. 120187 (SMT. Bozhedarivka, Dnipropetrovsk oblast) lost the light. The Commission at this time counted the ballots for the presidency of the United territorial community.
For a few minutes stopped counting, but due to the fact that observers and some members of the Commission were lanterns, their light continues counting.
The light had gone around the village. Bozhedarivka and it is not known when it will resume.
