The company said about external attack.
On the evening of 12 November in Kiev began interruptions in Internet access subscribers one of the largest Ukrainian providers “Will”.
The company announced on his page in Facebook.
The report said that, in addition to the Internet, is not available for communication call center and corporate resources “Will.” The TSN reporter tried to call the call centre and the answer was: “For technical reasons we are unable to answer you. The problem will be fixed soon”.
Later “Will” on his page in the social network said that the interruption of Internet access in the capital led to serious external attack.
“We can keep the communication with subscribers through a social network. All of our technicians make every effort to restore service within the hour,” – said in the message.
We will remind, in November, the SBU searched the offices of the company “Intertelekom”, which more than a million users of 3G Internet all over Ukraine remained without communication from the operator.
In a press release issued by the company, said that on November 11 “the staff of the Kiev subdivisions of the security Service of Ukraine, accompanied by fighters of division “the alpha” key station seized telecommunications equipment, violating the integrity and operability of the telecommunication network, LLC “Intertelecom”
SBU raided the company explained that the service was “exposed to unauthorized communication channel with the temporarily occupied Crimea, which could control the special services of the Russian Federation”.
On 13 November the company “Intertelekom” restored network.
