KOBOLEV expects net profit at the level of 21 billion.
By the end of 2016 the state company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” for the first time will get a net profit of $ 21 billion.
Such data were published by the Chairman of the Board of “Naftogaz” Andrey Kobelev on air “24 channel”. He had previously called a smaller number – 16 to 18 billion UAH.
“This year we expect a profit of about 21 billion hryvnia. However, many would not have earned the company, the state withdraws the profit and sends the money to help those groups who need it, that is subsidies,” – said Kobolyev.
We will remind, at the end of 2015, Naftogaz was UAH 25 billion net loss. And in 2014, net loss amounted to 89,9 billion.
Earlier “Naftogaz” declared that the company became profitable due to the reforms, changing gas prices, and the overcoming of dependence on Russian gas, which Ukraine buys for over a year.
KOBOLEV also said that if Ukraine wins the case, “Gazprom”, the state will be able to reduce the gas tariffs for the population and industry.
