As told in police, the Prosecutor General’s office requested the case.
The Prosecutor General’s office requested from the police a criminal proceeding about the fight the head of the faction “Opposition bloc” in the Verkhovna Rada Yuriy Boyko and Chairman of the Radical party Oleg Lyashko.
This was stated by the head of the Main investigation Department of Ukraine Alexander Vakulenko, write “Ukrainian news”.
“The case has requested the Prosecutor General’s office, and it is with them,” he said.
Separately Vakulenko complained that Lyashko has never appeared for questioning, although he was summoned to the police several times.
