“Now there is unheard of the infamous torpedoing of all our recent moves, especially in the personnel area. Newly appointed managers are faced with real threats of physical force. These threats originate from individuals apparently affiliated with officials of the highest government offices. Our attempt to bring order to the distribution of empty wagons faced stiff opposition from the old system,” he said.
