This decision granted with a view to participate in the consideration of the petition for application of a preventive measure in the form of detention.

On 14 December the Pechersky regional court of Kiev granted permission for the detention of ex-President Viktor Yanukovych and deliver it to the court.

About this on his page in Facebook wrote to the Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko.

According to him, therefore, the court granted the request of the military Prosecutor Krivenko on permission to detention of Yanukovych, “to participate in the consideration of the petition for application of a preventive measure in the form of detention”.

We will remind, the lawyer of ex-Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych Vitaliy Serdyuk returned to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine a message of suspicion. It was read by Yanukovych, Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko in the Svyatoshinsky district court of Kiev to suspend the meeting in the case of 5 former employees of “Berkut”.

Also we will remind, on December 15, Dorogomilovskiy district court of Moscow , the process regarding the recognition of events in Ukraine 2014 coup. A lawsuit was filed by a former Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from Party of regions Vladimir Oliynyk. The decision of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine on refusal to initiate the corresponding criminal case he called “evidence of the usurpation of power.”

Deprived of the title of President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych called the events of 2014 coup, supporting the claim of his former colleague Vladimir Oleynik. He said this during a speech at the meeting Dorogomilovskaja court of Moscow, where as the interested party on the claim.

According to him, as a result of illegal actions of the Council have passed laws that do not meet the Constitution of Ukraine, in particular, on his dismissal from duties.
