Parliamentarians contrary to the law in parallel was engaged in other paid activities.

Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office opened seven criminal proceedings against people’s deputies. The occasion was the information in electronic declarations. There, the parliamentarians pointed out that doing this, except to work in the Verkhovna Rada, other paid work. And it is prohibited from domestic law (except in certain cases).

This broadcast “112 Ukraine” said the head of SAP Nazar Golodnitsky.

“Only 10 (proceedings on the facts of e-declarations), among them MPs, it seems, 7. We can not directly access 450 of production, just. This is the first production,” said Holodnitsky.

He also reported on the possible closure of the criminal proceedings regarding the controversial “records” Onishchenko.
