During the work of the Verkhovna Rada of the VIII convocation was registered a record number of bills was 4.6 million, which significantly exceeds the indicators of the parliaments of the previous convocations.

This is stated in the study of the Committee of voters of Ukraine.

At the same time a third was bills, experts say, impossible to implement. This is evidenced by the findings of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. So, for the two years of the Parliament of the VIII convocation the office has received for examination 4583 bills: 1579 considered impossible to implement.

The most unrealistic – the factions “Opposition bloc”, “Fatherland” and group “Revival” and “will of the people”: every other bill of the members of these political forces could not be executed.

It turned out that only 10% of bills become laws. In 2016, with 1.5 million of bills became laws 160. 75% of them are changes in the laws that already exist.

Of 160 85 of the laws initiated by deputies. 23 was initiated by the President and 52 – Cabinet

Most often themes of the adopted laws were the industrial and economic policy (17 laws), security and defense (16) and the fight against corruption and crime (14). 29 laws related to the ratification of international agreements.

The authors of the adopted laws were mostly members of the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko, “popular Front” and “Samopomich”. Least laws were adopted and the members of the “Opposition bloc” (12 laws), “the will of the People” (12) and the “Rebirth” (9).

Often adopted in 2016, the laws voted former members of the coalition “European Ukraine”: faction “block of Petro Poroshenko”, “popular Front”, “Samopomich”, the Radical party of Oleh Lyashko and “Batkivshchyna”. The average “for” vote of 77% of the deputies of the popular Front, with 71% of Petro Poroshenko’s Block, 68% of the “Samopomochi” 54% Radical party of Oleh Lyashko and the same “Fatherland.”
