Danyluk told when we can sell “PrivatBank”

The Ministry of Finance promises to make the Bank more attractive to investors.
The Minister of Finance of Ukraine Alexander danyluk said that nationalized by the state “PrivatBank” can sell for up to six months.
About it Danilyuk said in the channel 24.
“We will make it more attractive to investors. And the more customers, the greater its value,” – said the Minister.
According to him, “PrivatBank” can be for sale in six or nine months, but the process may be delayed because of the unavailability of the market.
Danyluk said that now formed a team that will develop the Bank’s development strategy is to remove all “ineffectiveness and toxicity”.

We will remind, in the evening of 18 December , the government of Ukraine adopted a decision on nationalization of “PrivatBank”. It is assumed that the state represented by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine will become the owner of 100% shares of the Bank. It ensures the smooth functioning of the institution and preserve the funds of its clients.
“PrivatBank” will be headed by former Finance Minister and one of the top managers in the 1990-ies Oleksandr Shlapak.

“PrivatBank” is now public. The authorities claim that customers will not be affected, money, nobody will lose, the hryvnia will not fall. This is not the final changes that are waiting for “Privat”. Further, its plan to rehabilitate and sell in private hands.
