In Kiev there will be a lane of Sergei Parajanov.

The capital was renamed seven streets and two lane.

On Tuesday, December 20, at the plenary session the deputies of Kyiv city Council supported the decision to rename seven streets and two lanes in the capital as part of decommunization.

As stated on the website of city Council for a decision voted 64 deputies.

So, lane Shaumyana renamed in the alley of Sergei Parajanov (Shevchenko district), street of Pavel Dybenko in the street Family Shovkoplyas (Obolonskyi district), street Kikvidze – street Michael Boychuk (Pechersk district), and Kotovsky street and the street of Vladimir Sal (Shevchenko and Podolsk districts).

Pavlika Morozova street – a street of Academician Oppokov (Obolonskyi district), street Profinterna in the street Zabaikalsky (Goloseevsky area), street Mykola Skrypnyk in the street Nicholas Lukas (Solomenskiy district), street of Peter Shelest – in the streets of Nikolai Plakhotnyuk (Desnyanskiy district), street of the Baku Commissioners – lane Basil Sukhenko (Dnipro district).

As you know, October 6 this year, the draft decision was adopted as a basis. Today, the city Council voted for it as a whole.

As noted by the Rapporteur, Deputy Chairman of the KCSA Oleksiy Reznikov, all invited to the renaming vote passed the procedure of public discussion and was agreed by the Commission on names and profile Committee of the city Council on issues of local self-government, regional and international relations.
