Experts believe that with “black” in the legal market will additionally receive one billion dollars.

From the beginning of 2017 during the currency exchange transactions to individuals are not required to pay a 2% fee to the Pension Fund. The corresponding provision repealed by the Verkhovna Rada.

This was the highest amount since the introduction of this tax in 1998 and which is constantly changing. The appropriate tax for legal entities abolished in 2015.

The initiators of the cancellation fee noted that half of the foreign exchange market in Ukraine is “in the shadows”. And to combat the black market reversed the fee that the Ukrainians were carrying cash to a legal exchange offices and banks, not the money changers. At the same time experts predict that it will help to withdraw “from the shadows” about $ 1 billion.
