We will remind, the lawyer of ex-Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych Vitaliy Serdyuk returned to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine a message of suspicion. It was read by Yanukovych, Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko in the Svyatoshinsky district court of Kiev to suspend the meeting in the case of 5 former employees of “Berkut”.
Also we will remind, on December 15, in Dorogomilovsky district court of Moscow , the process regarding the recognition of events in Ukraine 2014 coup. A lawsuit was filed by a former Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from Party of regions Vladimir Oliynyk. The decision of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine on refusal to initiate the corresponding criminal case he called “evidence of the usurpation of power.”
Stripped of the title of President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych called the events of 2014 coup, supporting the claim of his former colleague Vladimir Oleynik. He said this during a speech at the meeting of the Dorogomilovsky court of Moscow, where he was as an interested party on the claim.
