Nationalized Bank reports on the first achievements after the government’s decision.
Today, December 22, at 12.00, held a briefing with participation of Minister of Finance of Ukraine Alexander danyluk, first Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Yakov Smoliy and Chairman of the Board of “PrivatBank” Oleksandr Shlapak.
We will remind, the Ministry of Finance became the ultimate owner of 100% of shares of “PrivatBank”. The sale agreement was signed on 21 December between the Finance Ministry and the Deposit guarantee Fund of individuals. Shares of “PrivatBank” cost to the Ministry of one hryvnia.
