The head of the NBU said that the banks did not owe money to another business of their owners.
Commercial banks FUIB businessman Rinat Akhmetov and “Credit Dnepr” businessman Victor Pinchuk are not oligarchic.
This broadcast of “Radio Vesti” said the head of national Bank Valeria Gontareva.
“Banks Pinchuk and Akhmetov have never treated their business model. They have their own holding company. They borrowed on international markets. There is no model of oligarchic business. She wasn’t there. There are different built (business)”, – said Gontareva.
In addition, Gontareva admitted the possibility of the introduction of 1,000-hryvnia banknotes. That can only mean devaluation of the national currency of Ukraine.
