“Real action plan”. Presentation of the project of development of Ukraine till 2020

He argues that first of all, the main priority is human development and human capital.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has developed a draft medium-term development plan of the country till 2020. It is based on economic growth and recovery industry. The draft plan was presented by Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman, reports UNIAN.

“This is a real plan of action. And its Foundation – economic growth, – said Groisman. – This year we see trends. We need to strengthen them. But economic growth is the Foundation of the restoration industry and create a quality product,” – said the head of government.
The main objectives of the government’s plan of privatisation, the development of the agricultural sector, the development of the mining industry with the possibility to provide its own gas and coal to all consumers by 2020, the development of road infrastructure and logistics capabilities, including the construction of roads, port infrastructure and modernization of “uz”, for which the state, according to Groisman, allocates about UAH 16 billion.
Also in the spotlight – deregulation, decentralization, civil service reform, the introduction of medium-term budget planning.
“The main priority is the development of man and our human capital”, – said the Prime Minister.
We will remind, on 21 December, the Parliament adopted the state budget for 2017. 10 areas that will receive priority attention and funding in the next year – the defense, social standards, education, health, diplomacy, agriculture, infrastructure, energy efficiency, culture and decentralization.
