In Kyiv high-rise building , an explosion occurred at the entrance on the street Lunacharsky.
This informs the Department of communication of the police of Kiev.
Local resident 1978 year of birth decided to check the mailbox. When he opened it, he heard a suspicious sound and fell. In this case there was an explosion. As a result, the man received minor damage.
