Today, February 3 in Kiev at the Independence square escorted the last journey of a soldier of the 72nd mechanized brigade of Leonid Dergach, who was killed in Avdiivka the industrial zone in the Donbass.
We will remind, the Ukrainian military was killed Wednesday morning, February 1, about 5:30 during enemy shelling near Avdiivka.
Dergach, Leonid V. with the call sign “Academician” hails from Bukovina, from the village Zarozhany Khotyn district. The man was in the area of ATO in the 72-th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Leonid was a lawyer and a lecturer of the law faculty of Chernivtsi national University, but he left teaching to serve in the ATO.
