One of the heads of Department of the NBU caught on a bribe
Employees of the GPU and the national Bank grabbed the head of one of departments of the National Bank of Ukraine and three of his accomplices while receiving the last part of a bribe in the amount of 25 thousand dollars USA.

One of the detainees was a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
It turned out that the head of payment systems Department National Bank of Ukraine has developed a criminal scheme aimed at soliciting and receiving through intermediaries from the Director of one of limited liability companies undue benefits totaling 35 thousand USD in two phases for registration in the national Bank domestic payment system “Placeservice” to carry out cash and non-cash transfers in Ukraine and issuance of a specified enterprise certificate.
Earlier in Krivoy Rog at the time of receiving a bribe detained the 29-year-old Prosecutor city Prosecutor’s office. He demanded three thousand USD for assistance in the removal of arrest from the vehicle. The machine is in criminal proceedings.
