Night with the capital being covered with snow, and utilities were again not ready for such amount of rainfall. It is acutely conscious of the pedestrians and drivers of cars. On the sidewalks in the morning barely able to get to public transport, and on roads jams were formed and there were two dozen accidents.

In social networks already resent this state of the roads in the capital. Meanwhile, the Kiev authorities have warned that in connection with deterioration of weather conditions on Monday, the entry of large vehicles in the capital will be limited.
