Twice more guest workers from Ukraine will be able to work legally in the Czech Republic, whose government yesterday, February 8, doubled the quota for employment of Ukrainians from 3.8 thousand to 7.2 thousand
The Minister of foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Lubomir Zaoralek said that will be increased and the number of employees in the General Consulate of Czech Republic in Lviv and the Ministry of internal Affairs which are engaged in registration of employment of Ukrainians. About it reports “Radio Freedom”.
On the Czech labour market there is an acute shortage of labour, especially workers needed medium and low-skilled. It is stated in the Confederation of unions of employers and entrepreneurs of the Czech Republic. On the Czech labor market now has available several thousand jobs.
Informed business representatives of the Czech Republic appealed to the government to increase the recruitment of Ukrainian job applicants in connection with the shortage of workers in the country.
