“Security Minister” of the militants “DNR” suspected deprivation of liberty of adolescents
“The Minister of state security DNR” declared suspicion in captivity four Ukrainian teenagers.
About it reported in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Donetsk region.
“The investigators found that in September 2016 on the orders of the so-called Minister of state security “DNR” representatives of the terrorists in the Donetsk region, illegally imprisoned four citizens of Ukraine 1998-2001 birth”, – stated in the message.
According to law enforcement, the militants suspect of teenagers committing crimes and are still illegally held in custody.
On the fact of illegal deprivation of liberty of four teenagers performed procedural management in criminal proceedings. The so-called “Minister of state security “DNR” officially declared suspicion in Commission of crimes, in particular, participation in a terrorist organization, and illegal deprivation of freedom or abduction on preliminary arrangement by group of persons.
As is known, the so-called Minister of state security “DNR” of 14 December 2015, the former “people’s mayor” of Slavyansk, a citizen of the Russian Federation Vladimir Pavlenko.
