The administration of U.S. President Donald trump insists on maintaining sanctions against Russia, which are related to its occupation of the Ukrainian Crimea.
This was stated by White house spokesman Sean Spicer writes UKRINFORM.
“I think the Ambassador Haley is a very strongly stated this to the UN, while Russia will not leave Crimea, the sanctions will not stop, “said Spicer.
Thus, he commented on the question of whether the President ‘s initiative on strengthening of control by the Congress over sanctions against Russia, presented in the form of a new bill.
Spicer also said that there was another “set of sanctions” against Russia associated with its aggression in Eastern Ukraine.
