Prosecutors will seek the resumption of the case relatively flat.
The decision of Pechersky regional court to close a proceeding concerning the people’s Deputy of Ukraine Serhiy Leshchenko appeal against the Prosecutor. This was reported by the press service of the GPU.
The report notes that they consider unreasonable deviation of the petition of the Prosecutor who participated in the trial.
“The standards set for implementation in criminal proceedings, should be extended to administrative. That is, the order of presentation of evidence assessed by the court in administrative cases must pass the full procedure, as in criminal trials… the case materials has not been a violation of process, which gives grounds to apply to the court of appeal of Kyiv appeal”, – is spoken in the message of Prosecutor’s office.
