Tax check FLP, which closed in December and January
Employees of the State fiscal service will check, paying taxes of physical persons-entrepreneurs that closed their business in December and January. Earlier it was reported that in Ukraine more than 158 thousand. They officially closed their business, because from the beginning of 2017 they have to pay a single social contribution, even if the company is not working.
“Many of those who were closed, it was broken entities. Not they worked for a year or two. So their test is not so difficult. But there were those occasions when we realize, but it is difficult to prove that the enterprise worked, but nothing declared. Process inspections are established by the legislation, and it will be held in the prescribed manner. If tax policy had stipulated that there is a separate procedure for closing without checking. We check in accordance with the code,” – said the Chairman of the State fiscal service Roman Nasirov, quoted by UNIAN.
The official said that in January in Ukraine was opened 28 new Phil.
Recall from 1 January 2017 entered into force the legislative changes according to which PE will now be required to pay the single social contribution – UAH 704 per month, even if you do not have profits.
Earlier, the Minister of social policy Andrei Reva assures that from the mass closure of FLP budget have not lost anything. According to him, closes those individuals-entrepreneurs who do not have any operations and did not pay taxes.
